You will leave FileMyBiz to create your registered agent account. Come back here when you are ready to enter the agent details.
What you'll need
Bring your registered agent details back to FileMyBiz
During your filing, we ask for the same information every state requires for a registered agent.
Agent company name
The legal name of the registered agent company, e.g. Registered Agent Inc.
In-state street address
A physical address in the state of filing — P.O. boxes are not accepted.
City, state, and ZIP
The complete mailing address where the agent accepts service of process.
Account confirmation
Save your registered agent account email or order number for your records.
